I know what you mean Tyler. Denise Austin has a workout line of dvds I've bought a couple of them to see her dooing some yoga and pillatese. However most of them dind't live up to their expectaition. There is one that is worth evcery cent though. .:lildog: Still, Not as good as that one episode I have on tape of her on her show cable show thoug:cool:

awh dude, denise austin was one of my 1st loves for exercise feet. in fact i have dvds with her as well, not to mention many other women.

they usually have a lot of other stuff to filter thru first before getting to the good shots.

if you can upload that video you're talkin about that has the really good stuff, i would love to see it :D

I would definately upload what I have. Exept that it's on tape (VHS) and I don't know how to go about doing that. I don't even know how to upload from DVD's. If anyone knows how to upload from a VHS or DVD post the instructions and I will give it a try.

For now this is the best I could do.

man, she looked hot in that pic. i hope you figure out how to extract and post. i don't know how to do vhs or dvd either. if you learn an easy way, please explain to some of us too.

as for other DVDs and stuff with girls i think the one you mentioned might have the best foot stuff. i seen other workout tapes but they have limited foot scenes. some of those other girls are jennifer kries, lara hudson, tracey thompson, lisa clayton, & kristi cooper-white (just to name a few).
