70s or 80s, that's what I knew, I was hoping to get name of the movie or of that cute actress, so I could download it.
I saw that scene in Wild Pair (http://www.videodetective.com/titledetails.aspx?fmt=20&publishedid=2612) movie, it's maybe 30 secs long.
I couldn't find Wild Pair, olny trailer was available, that's where I got that bit.

It's been quite some time now....
I found out, actress name is Spring Finlay,
movie name is Three Shades of Flesh from 1977.
