is this considered flirting, or some kind of fetish..so heres the story.. I was over my friends house, with my friends Matt, Devin(boy) and Genevieve(ill call her Gen for short.) Matt and Devin went upstairs to get something, and me and Gen were down stairs. There were 4 swivel stairs downstairs, Gen was sitting in one, and i put my feet up on Matt's chair. When they came back down, Devin sat in his chair, and Mat told me to move my feet, and i just said make me. So he put down the soda he had in his hand, and started to tickle my feet so i would move them. So right when i was pulling my feet back, he sat down, grabbed them, and kept tickling them. (i had on flip-flops but i took them off) He keep this up for like 5 minutes. Then a half-an-hour later, we were playing, truth or dare. and Matt asked me truth or dare. I picked dare. The dare was to let him tickle my feet for as long as he wanted. (((i cat say no to a dare))) i dont know if he was just flirting, or has some type of fetish, or something else...
