Open Question: While in the Philippines?

I'm from the Philippines and I recently went my future husband to the Philippines to visit my family and present him to family members however; I recently discover that he has a foot fetish I understand it's normal to have them but his I think his a bit to far. While we where there in the Philippines I caught him feeling and touching the barefeet of a Filipino Couple which the couple didn't seem to mind but what got me upset that he gave them his 14kt necklace so he could touch there barefeet the couple went off with his necklace. Should I break up with him or what never had a situation like this before also I can't understand why people would allow him to touch. there barefeer
