Open Question: What should Y!A do about these people?

I think we've all seen it. Someone makes a hundred accounts and then starts asking "questions" to try and get stories that have to do with their fetish. They make the question into a story or a situation they're in. The story/situation is always the same or changed by just a few words for every account, every time. It's a good story/situation, anyone might fall for it. But then you see it again.... and again....and again... and if you answer they try to get more information, or if you ask them why they keep asking it they report and block you. Ones I've seen recently are: Tucked in clothing, stained clothing, slapping, and bare feet. I think it's really creepy that Y!A doesn't even remove these "questions". So, in your opinion, what should Y!A do? Should they do anything? Last I knew there were plenty of sites for any possible fetish you can imagine, but Yahoo! Answers wasn't one of them.
