Open Question: Girls, do you find this as a cheating?

Hypothetically...Girls, what do you say?You're in a successful relationship. You love your boyfriend and he loves you. He thinks you're the best girl in the world and he means it. He would do anything for you. He would never cheat on you, it's against his principals nor he has a need to cheat on you. But there is one thing...he kinda loves porn and loves to comment on another girls over the internet and asks them to send him their photos (feet photos to be exact because his foot fetish) via myspace, chat, etc and he's doing it just because he likes porn and he treats that like a porn. He likes to do it, but he loves you the most and he has never told any of those girls that he would do something sexual to them nor he thought about that nor masturbated looking at those photos.Do you treat that as a cheating?Note that girls he asked were from USA, he's from Europe. And he adores her feet, he thinks they are too perfect.That was his long year habit and he tried to stop because he loves her. When she asked him does he do it, he replied "no" because he didn't want to hurt her and just stop with that as soon as possible to avoid getting anyone hurt. She find out about that and get really mad but she forgave him. Yet still, she has lack of trust towards him because he (white) lied.
