Open Question: Fetishes and how other peoples re-action are to them?

Fetishes (i'm talking more about the commonly known fetishes now Foot Fetish,Tickling Fetish,and Farting Fetish) Would you rather have people be comfortable with your fetish or fetishes and be understanding of them and like you for who you are fetishes or not right from the start? or Having to give feedback and talk alot about that fetish or fetishes that you may have to people and ingage in conversions about them before some people would understand you and got it? or Would it not even matter either way to you with weather or not people would understand you and your fetish or fetishes?
