Open Question: Partner has a foot fetish but I hate being tickled?

We've been together for 4 years and he just now told me he has a foot fetish, so I thought how bad can it be and I told him he can do what he wants to. My feet are extremely ticklish and I don't like my feet being licked, it just feels so weird and I squirm around uncontrollably when I'm being tickled. I feel kinda bad because I asked him not to lick the bottom of my feet... Anyway, it's getting very weird now. My partner trims my toe nails and files them and even puts clear nail polish on them. He is constantly massaging my feet and applying lotion. My feet look and feel great, but it's starting to get annoying. I'm not allowed to walk around barefoot because I could step on something sharp, but I'm only allowed to wear a certain kind of sock and I can only wear close toes shoes like sneakers or boots. I didn't think this was that big of a deal! I don't want to stop it completely, but this is insane... I just don't know what to say...
