Open Question: Girl with boyfriend gave me her number? I feel like she could be interested?

So, I saw this really cute girl at the mall the other day, and decided to approach her and talk to her. She was really nice and ended up giving me her number when I asked for it. We've been texting a lot lately, but the first day we texted each other, when I asked if she wanted to hang out, I said "hang out/chill/ go on a date" but she said she can't go on a date cause she's not single. But when we text, we text a lot. She says we connect really well, and we really do. We have sooo much in common, and I tell her that all the time, and she agrees. Heck, I even brought up the fact that I had a foot fetish, and she said it's ok and she'd let me rub her feet (she knows what a foot fetish is and know it's a sexual thing. I don't think a girl would let a guy do something that to him is sexual if she has a boyfriend). Plus, she even told me about her sexual preferences. And with how much we would text, I don't get how she could have a boyfriend (or a serious one at least). If she really does have a boyfriend, how can she have time to text me this much? I feel like maybe it's not a happy relationship or something because she never even talks about him, and on her Facebook.. no lovey dovey boyfriend and girlfriend-type pictures of her with any guys. What's the deal?
