Open Question: I'm being harassed?

There's this guy that I knew in seventh grade. I'm a senior in Highschool now...we got along just fine back then and he added me on Facebook a short time after becoming friends. I moved away from my old school into a new one and he messaged on Facebook me from time to time, no biggie. Now though he admitted to having a foot fetish and blamed me for his...fetish. He found my number through a mutual friend and messaged me, telling me he moved less than a few hours away from where I live now and wants to see me. I told him that he couldn't and that I wasn't willing to disclose my new location and just a few minutes ago he told me he loved me...I don't know this guy all that well, junior high feels like ages ago and I've tried telling him that I'm not interested but he won't leave me alone!
