Open Question: Why do girls blush if you're nice to them and their friends?

Ok here's the thing, I am a 21 year old college guy who never dated in my life, and here's the thing. A lot of times, when I do something nice for a girl or a woman, they smile/laugh and blush. One time, a girl was putting on her schoolbag to get home, and I helped her out of my will for the sake of doing a good deed, and in return, she smiled, said thank you and blushed. Another time, there were three girls who were going to enter a mall, and I decided to open the door for them because I wanted to do a good deed, and they quickly ran in, smiled and thanked me. And another time, when another girl was zipping her jacket and schoolbag, I decided to help her close them so that her life would be easier. The response was the same, she blushed, smiled/laughed and said thank you. Another time, when it was raining outside, a girl with a hood was standing outside with her hair wet, I decided to selflessly use my umbrella on her head to save her from catching a cold, and she smiled and said thank you. Also, when I was talking to some of the girls' guy friends, they keep smiling while I talk to their guy friends and when their guy friends are done talking with me, they decide to take a shot at talking to me. The question is why?. Another question, would a girl date me if I did these things?. Final question just for fun, if I asked you to literally step on me and or stand on my face barefoot, would you be ok with it, the reason being that I have a clean foot fetish and I enjoy being stepped on by women with clean feet?.
