Open Question: Ladies, I need your advice with my girlriends feet. Please.?

Ok. I do not now, nor have I ever, had a foot fetish. However, my girlfriend really seems to like her feet being touched sensually. I've never explored this with any other woman before, but I'm definitely willing to try it for her. I just don't know what to do. I feel funny saying this but, it's just a foot. What do I do with it?
