Open Question: What should I do when someone tells me bad stuff about my boyfriend?

So I have being dating a my boyfriend for about 1 & a half & I'm already having my doubts. today someone that apparently knows him & is friends with my brother told me that he likes fetish stuff like freaky. like "foot jobs" & biricial porn & other freaky stuff like that. thing is with me he is not like that so idk what to believe I'm so confused :/ & if he was lik that before you think he can change & not like that? To me he is really sweet & when we makeout he just touches my thighs or my butt but he doesn't really do that. you know how they say a man goes as far as the woman wants? well if I choose not to do anything of freaky shet then it's okay right? OR should I just break it off:/ please help I'm sooo confuse:/
