Open Question: Foot Fetish... Does she know?

Ok, so my best friend and I work at an office facility. We all sit in cubicles, but he sits in one with this beautiful girl. One day I used his phone and found pictures of the girls feet. So I confronted him about the pictures, and he told me that he loves wondering if she will catch him. Also he thinks that they are beautiful. He told me that he waits until she positions them a certain way, and then he would take the picture. He said that she does it so often he wonders if she knows that he is taking the pictures. He told me some days he will get some pics, and some days he won't. The craziest part about this is I've caught him in the act, and he gets extremely close to her while her back is turned that I don't see why she doesn't know by now. This has been going on for over a year, and there are over 500 pictures of her feet on his phone. And she has a reflective glass/mirror infront of her, so she can see behind her. Does she know??
