Open Question: Question about this issue?

Hi guys.. this is for Photographers (or anyone really) that understands marketing or how I would go about doing this..Currently I produce photos/video clips of foot fetish type scenes. Now there isn't nudity and there is no sexual acts however I guess this COULD be kind of considered "adult work." Well, there is this one site which lets us upload our content to it (clipforsale site). Basically, they do most of the advertising and marketing which drives people to our sites. However, I feel that I want to get my brand, my name and other things out to different people... Sooo... my question is this...How would I go about hiring someone to market my online clip site? Would I post a job ad? How would they promote my site? What is a good way to negotiate compensation? Since this is online based store, it would make things challenging.. hmm... does anyone with a marketing/sales/etc background have an idea how I could get someone to market my store thus increasing traffic and sales?-chris
