Open Question: I'm confused. Whats she doing?

I've liked this one girl ever since I've known her. I asked her what her dream guy was and she told me. So I'm pretty sure she knows. (I've liked her aince 4th grade and now we're rising freshmen) We're like best froend though, and I'm fine with it, but about a year ago, I started noticing that she kinda flaunts her feet and shows them off whenever I'm around. She asked me for a foot massage in school once. I said ok, but I'm pretty sure she was joking. Then this year, everyone was hanging out around the swings, and she asked REALLY LOUD if anyone would give her a foot massage. I just minded my own buisiness, then she shouted her shoe size. And shewas wearing TOMS T.T I have a HUGE foot fetish, I've never told ANYONE, but somehow I think she found out. Just recently, there was a pool party and me her and three other ppl were on a big pool floaty and all of a sudden she stuck her foot in the air and said "Look how pale my feet are!" I kinda lost my focus for a second there and stared at her feet after a trailed off reply of "Yeah..." (sorry it was a lake party) and then one of the girls on themfloaty noticed a fish. So my crush pushed me in with her foot. Then she syarted laughing after I got back on the raft. Is this florting? If it isn't, what is it, and whys she doing it?
