Open Question: Should I begin therapy or is this manageable?

I have been a Podiatrist for 19 years now. Lately I can't stop thinking about women's feet, even after leaving the office. I even went and began a night time job at a mannequin plant, but this just adds to my problem. Last week I was arrested when I stole a foot from the display case of jewelry. I didn't take the ankle chain. I just wanted the foot for my home collection. If my case goes to trial, I may lose my License to practice medicine, and this would be something that might lead me into drug abuse, alc0holism or stalking.Is there an AA for foot fetish Podiatrists? I can't find online links to sites where I can discuss this addiction. Please help me. It's getting serious now. My wife left me when we took a vacation to New York and the camera had thousands of feet on the memory card. I so loved the Statue of Liberty. Have you seen her toes? They are huge, and so round, well-clipped and firm.
