Open Question: help i dont know what to do.....?

So theres this really hot and popular guy at my school and he recently started talking to me a lot. I got really happy because its nice to know that a guy like him could be with a girl like me. Hes really caring and sweet but has sort of a foot fetish. So one day on facebook messaging he said we were gonna do all his stuff involving my feet and i didnt know how to react so i sort of just laughed it off with him and thought no big deal. Then my best friend texted me saying that the same guy told her all the stuff we "planned" on doing. I told her it wasnt true and she said hes such a creep and is just trouble and then messaged him on facebook to "set him straight about lying about me". Now im rreally mad because he wasnt lying and now he wont answer me because she said really mean things about him to him. But i dont think i was lying in denying that we planned all this stuff because he was the one planning everything and i just laughed at what he said. Im really sad because i really like him and it was a once in a lifetime chance to be with him but my friend got in our business and ruined my chances. what do i do??
