Open Question: Has anyone tried wearing 7 inch ballet heels and is that doable?

I'm a student and work part-time as a cocktail waitress at a strip club in London. We've just had a management change and apparently the new management want to give the club a more fetish look so we're told that as part of the new uniform we will have to wear these scary looking torture devices called 7 inch ballet heels (just google 'Ballet-08 7'' Heel Shoes' and you'll see what I'm talking about). To make it worse we can't wear tights with our uniform so we have to put those on the bare foot We've been given two weeks by the new management to either quit or accept the new conditions and since the pay is good and I really need the money I wouldn't want to quit but I've never worn any heels above 5 1/2 inch before so I'm really scared about those shoes. Has anyone worns those kind of shoes and do you think I can make it wearing them 3 nights per week (it's a pretty busy place so we're not really able to take breaks and sit down)? Thanks!
