Open Question: If my boyfriend isn't cheating on me, what's he hiding?

I noticed he had been talking to a girl over email, not sure what about. And also I saw on his ebay page that one his saved sellers was called kinky milf and his purchase history contained some weird outfits? He has been open with me that he has a foot fetish which I am fine about. He did put a password on his phone for a few days, but still insists on carrying around with him ( don't think he trusts me) He has said he would never cheat on me, which I believe as he's been cheated on in the past. And I'm with him every night so I know he's not cheating, but maybe he's talking to another girl? Do you think I'm thinking too much? Or does it sound like he might be hiding something from me?
