Open Question: How to not get easily distracted?

Ok well I'm 15 and have a foot fetish and today we had a science test and there's 2 girls that sit in front of me and since it was a test the teacher asked us to separate so the girl right in front of me moved over completely and the girl in front of her moved over but was still in my sight and she was wearing flip flops and was flexing her feet A LOT so I couldn't help but stare at her feet. So I ended up finished the test kindoff late and I wasn't really focused so idk if I did good. So how can I make sure this doesn't happen again?
