Open Question: looking for a business partner in female's leg/foot/highheel/stock fetish?

I am looking for a partner to run an exciting business in China.My project thought is:1. setup feet/leg/highheel bar.sell beers and other beverage..2. 1 guest (male) has to pay the minimum cost.3 all the girls working in our bar without salary,they serve our guests to make money(for example,1 girl would invite guest to dance,she would charge 3 USD/10 mins... ).4. we will sell shoes pantyhose...by website...in my city(Lanzhou),many such bars (we called dancing bar) and the most are working very well but without feet/leg/highheel bar here.And I can't find dancing bar in Beijing,just has some feet/leg/highheel clubs which are very expensive..The advantage of this business in China.1.
