Resolved Question: Question for Muslims only!?

Salam brother or sister My younger cousin has a serious problem. He has a foot fetish, although he doesn't take part in this act and never will because he thinks it would be disgusting to do. He still likes to watch videos of people licking or massaging peoples feet.. He is very religious and tries to pray atleast 5 times a day. However he is 16 and his hormones are really active at this particular age.. The question I want to ask is 'looking at videos of people licking each others feet' a sin/haram or is it okay as its not porn i.e having sex and other disgusting things.. I really want an answer before I tell my cousin it is wrong, because I don't really want to tell him any false information.. And I know for sure once he is told that it is haram he wil stop looking at these videos for good. And please don't post answers like 'it is haram as it could lead to further things I.e watching porn' and 'its disgusting'. He already knows about these things and says he would never watch porn as it is a definite sin. So could someone please help me out by telling me if having a foot fetish and looking at videos of people licking each others feet is haram/sinful or it's okay to do??
