Open Question: how can i overcome this fetish and be a normal person?

This fetish is to the point where my fetish had become very problematic.My foot and shoe fetish is so strong that I cannot get aroused by vaginal intercourse and have trouble maintaining an erection,I want to be able to please a woman .But I hear sexuality is something that is deeply ingrained in a person's psyche that it is difficult if not impossible to change like making a gay person straight and vice versa.I'm not aroused by womens genitalia ONLY her feet and certain types of shoes she wears which is a problem If I would like to have normal sexual intercourse.Its a problem I've had my whole life but I think its time to put an end to this,great advice would be of tremendous help right now.Right now I'm looking at pornography with vaginal intercourse for the purpose of trying to get aroused but sometimes its still very difficult.I have had this problem for so long,around 8 years aand it seems really hard to go a different direction at this point,that Is there any hope for change?plz no mean answers or answers on how I should embrace the fetish and make her wear certain types of shoes jus for my gratification,my goal is to be aroused by normal sexual intercourse to one day be able to please the woman I'm goin to spend the rest of my life with.If any one has had a similar experience as well and how they where able to overcome it that would be the best thanks in advance.
