Basically, I've been working with her for 7 months. We work in the same team, but she's more senior and sits across from me (we share hte same desk, as its an open plan office and there's no division, both on the table or under it!) She's really nice, only a couple of year older than me and we get along well. HOwever, recently (ie last month or so) she's been really touchy-feely. Concentrating mostly with my shoes and feet. For example, I might be working, and she'll use her feet to kn0ck my high heel off (I dangle a lot!) and she'll then slip her foot in my high heel. Fine, its a bit of fun and all, but today I thought she went a little overboard. On friday's its casual day in the office and I wore black knee high 4.5" stiletto boots, with grey jeggings and she actually crawled UNDER the desk, held my ankle (causing me to get embarrassed as I had the fright of my life and yelped in the middle of the office!) and unzip both my boots. She pulled them both off me (Mind you, this wasn't an easy thing!! It took her like 5 minutes!) and eventually she slipped them on herself and went out for lunch in them. Now, she's either got a thing for me (which I don't think so, because she has a long term boyfriend) or she has a shoe fetish.... What should I do? Oh, and don't say I should speak to HR about it, because I definitely don't want her SACKED or disciplined. What would you do in my situation?
