Do you land on your heels or on your fore-foot, e.g. the front part or the "balls of your feet"?The reason why I'm asking this question is not because of some weird foot fetish, but because there was a study published in the journal Nature earlier this year which found that habitually barefoot runners often land on the fore-foot.
