Open Question: Please help!! If a cute guy asks you..? (cont)?

Ok, for those of you who aren't aware of what happened yesterday, I've made a brief summary as I posted it on YAnswers: Basically on my morning coffee break at the office i went to coffee shop and a really cute guy admired my shoes. We sat and talked (small talk) and he was really nice and coincidentally works near my office. However, during our exchange his eyes would always wander to my shoes and inevitably he would comment on them again. After a while he eventually asked what size I wore and eventually went as far as asking if he could try them on. At which point I laughed of course thinking he was joking. He looked slightly embarrassed but eventually laughed himself. Anyway, I though the whole thing was weird so promptly asked for advice from you! :-) http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;… So, following the advice, as I figured, he is very cute, well spoken, has a great job and is definitely worth having another go! So we met this morning again, same coffee shop. I wore a pair of killer peep toe stilettos and once again he admired my shoes. We chatted for a while whilst I plucked the courage and finally (if a little abruptly) asked if he had been serious when he mentioned wearing my shoes. At which point, several things happened. First, the colour seemed to drain from his face, he got obviously embarrassed or panicky? (idk!) and it took him a while to say it had been a joke, but he wasn't very convincing. So I asked him what shoe size he was, and remarkably he has small feet for a man and coincidentally are the same size as mine. At which point, I slipped one of my shoes off and asked if he wasn't sure. LoL I could see him squirming. He seemed really in two minds and eventually said he was late and had to go back to the office, but it had been lovely having coffee with me again. Did I do something wrong? What the hell?? Do you think he has a shoe fetish or did I freak him out? I'm actually quite interested in him now and would appreciate any helpful advice on how I should proceed. Should I invite him for lunch? if so shoudl I mention the whole shoe thing again? THANKS!
