Open Question: My best friend has a foot fetish... Would this be weird?

He is gay and has a foot fetish.I'm straight, but feel very secure, and I'm comfortable around him... Obviously, he's my best friend.Would it be incredibly weird to let him 'indulge' in his fetish with me? As far as I'm concerned, it's just kind of helping him out while he doesn't really have any other outlets right now. It's not hurting me, and it'd be good for him.He'd need to understand this does not mean I'm interested in him, but I think if I tell him that at the start, it won't be an issue. Is this a totally unconventional/weird thing to do? Is there too big a risk of complications? I guess my thinking is... I can do something to make him happy without even having to do much of anything... And I can't think of any good reason not to. Are there any?
