Open Question: How do I really show my gf of one and a half years that i'm really into her feet?

my gf & I lay on opposite ends of the couch, and it helps us watch tv (although weird) anyways, she is getting to where she will literally put her feet right on my face, and puts my nose right between them, and basically i think she has a foot fetish? idk, but why would she be putting her feet in my face? i know its not to get comfortable..i do know they smell very good
