Open Question: What would you do if a random person ask to see yor feet? (women only)?

I have a foot and tickling fetish. Which I know is pretty common. But how would you react to this situation. I live in Los Angeles and was thinking of doing this at the beach. And would you let that person video or take pictures of your feet?
