Open Question: Questions about foot fetish?

If a guy gives you a foot massage does that necessarily mean he has a 'foot fetish'? He has given me regular massages too, I think he was just being playful. I mean I'm sure there are plenty of guys who find feminine feet attractive without being 3xtreme about it. (Also I suppose there are different degrees of 'foot fetish,' I mean I had a boyfriend once who licked my toes but it's not like that's all he did, in fact he preferred other body parts.) Another question about "real" foot fetishists, are they still interested in pleasuring a woman sexually (intercourse, oral sex)? Do they just incorporate the feet more?
