Open Question: What are the real dangers of a Trample fetish?

My wife weighs 220lbs and I weigh 250lbs....I have been into trample since i was in high school and since then have had at least 8 different women trample me on separate occasions.. With their weight ranging from 115lbs to 230lbs, and barefoot to 7 1/2" spike heels.. The most i have ever had was a couple of deep bruises on my skin when one girl who weighed 148lbs stood on me with 5" spike heels full weight.. She bruised the skin over my stomach and ribs but it went away.. Most of the time my wife will trample me barefoot, but sometimes in heels.. This has been going on since I met her (8years +)...What are the real risks? and are there really any?? We use a safe word and take breaks. The longest she ever stands on me is maybe a min to a min and a half and it's always one foot on my ribs and one just around my naval. She has a char or desk for balance as well...
