Open Question: Kid with a Foot Fetish?

Hi,I've noticed my friends 6 year old son is always on the floor asking for his mom to put her feet on his stomach. On several occasions I've seen him position himself near her feet and then lift his shirt. With out even saying anything my friend just places her feet on his belly and leaves them there for close to half an hour. The problem is he's been laying on the floor next to my feet now and pulling up his shirt. On both occasions my friend quickly scolded him and told him to get up and come over to her. Again she put her feet on him. He seems to get some pleasure out of it and it has started making me uncomfortable.Is it possible for kids this yovng to already have a foot fetish? And isn't it inappropriate for his mom to be giving him pleasure this way? It all seems very innocent but it makes me feel really uncomfortable, especially when he is looking at my feet.
