Open Question: How do I ask my friend to give him a massage?

I'm a 13 year old male with a foot fetish for male feet. I really want to offer my friend a foot massage, and he goes barefoot all the time, and is really cute (I'm not gay, but that's a factor). I always make it a point to tell him how disgusting it is to go barefoot (Not because I'm being defensive about my fetish, but I do think it is totally unproffesional and uncivilized) so how can I ask him to give him a foot massage without it being weird or contradicting my feet issue?
