Open Question: Is it normal to have a male foot fetish like me?

I am a guy. I am bi. I am 13 and I have had a male foot fetish ever since sixth grade. There is this guy at my school and a few days ago I got to see his feet. I don't know how it happened, but he was changing in PE locker room and when he pulled his pants down he pulled down his socks too because they were too little(I think). He said whoops so I looked at where his hands were and I saw his feet. I was stunned! This warm feeling went through me and I kind of shook a little. I talk with him but we aren't the closet of friends and he invites me over to his house to play ps3 and stuff like that but I don't know about it because most people are barefooted at their house and he is obviously going to be barefooted and I get nervous aound him when he's barefooted. Should I tell him about my male foot fetish? Should I tell him that on the inside I think his feet are hot and I wanna worship his feet? Should I say yes to go over? I am bi to and to be truthful he is hot and 13 like me but older. Should I say I'm bi and that I think he is hot? Should I say I want to worship him in general? Please supportive answers.
