Open Question: My mom heard noises and got the wrong idea? She doesnt trust me anymore?

My boyfriend and I are both 16, So my boyfriend (kinda embarrassing).. he told me he has a foot fetish, weird, and every time i have my feet exposed it makes him nuts... literally, so my feet were hurting a lot and asked him to massage them and my door was locked, so he was massaging we kinda got a little intimate because he started kissing and licking my feet, so this was relaxing so I was like "yes right there", "don't touch it so hard it hurts me"! And he bit my toe so I was like "dont bite down there" so looking back at it it does sound really negative. And after was like "that was the best you ever did it" and it was my turn to massage his back and he was like "right there" and then he said :get on top of it for me", Im like really ashamed because it does sound so wrong. So i tried explaining to my mom and she doesnt believe or trust me and whenever I bring him over she makes me stay in the family room, and she doesnt let me stay out past 4:00 pm anymore!
