Open Question: Should I tell my girlfriend that I have a foot fetish?

I've had a foot fetish for as long as I can remember. I recently just started dating this girl, and I like her a lot, AND DON'T WANT TO LOSE HER or for her to think I'm weird and tell everyone that I have a foot fetish. When we cuddle and make out, she'll put her feet (with socks on) over my legs, and this makes me crazy. I so badly want to take off her socks and massage her feet. So last night, I was touching her feet (with socks on) with my finger tips, just to see if she'd say anything since she is really ticklish. Then, I stupidly mentioned, "You have really small feet." She responded, "Do you have a foot fetish? You've been really into my feet tonight." I told her no, and that I didn't really have a fetish... I feel like I made a big mistake. I wish I would have just told her the truth, this way I can relieve this burden off of my head, but I was afraid that she'd think I'm weird or whatever. She did, however, once tell me that she had an "ear fetish," since she likes to touch my ear while we make out, but I'm okay with that; I don't care. Should I tell her next time that I have a foot fetish?! All responses are greatly appreciated.
