Open Question: I need help with my addiction.... What's wrong with me/what should I do?

You might find this funny and pathetic but it's a real problem I'm dealing with. I've masturbated almost everyday, usually more than once, since I was 11. I'm now 18. I've never really looked at videos of people having sex, but I have looked at certain material I found appealing... I have certain fetishes involving feet, tickling, and bondage. I joined a website a few years ago where I began to submit art depicting characters from cartoon, comics, anime and video games being tickled or tied up, or just showing off their feet. There are several other artists on there who draw other such material and we all interact with each other. I take requests from people, draw them and then submit them to my profile. At this time, being a member for over 2 years, I have a total of 400 pictures. What should I do? Should I stop completely?
