Open Question: How can I make my feet look better?

I'm a guy and I'm always a little embarrassed to wear sandals or flip flops in the summers. I try to take care of my feet but i'm not sure that I do a good job. My feet are kind of wide and are size 11 so I don't know width has anything to do with it. I've tried a punice stone and vaseline, they work but after a while they start to get dry again. I thought about going to get a pedicure but I'm kind of nervous because I'm a guy and the person would have to see them to do it. How much do pedicures cost? Could they give me advice too if I went? And yes I do kind of have a foot fetish which is why I'd like them to look nice and to just feel better about them.
