Open Question: Foot fetish has turned unsanitary. How do I remove calices from my penis region?

I admit to the fact that I have a foot fetish. I've developed this at an early age and I no longer feel bad about it. Simply the smell of feet turn me on. When I masterbate, instead of using a sock I use a used girl's shoe (a friend gave it to me because she knew I loved the smell) which is made out of leather and fits me very well. Unfortunately, over time I have appeared to developed a calice on the underside of my penis. It is very gross looking and takes away from the sensitivity when I mastebate. Also, there appears to me some sort of white, chalky growth on the underside of my penis around the calice. I'm not sure if it is just dry skin (i've tried using lube) or if it is some sort of foot fungus I obtained from the leather mocasin. As funny as this post may sound to some of you, i'm not the only one with this problem and I would appreciate serious responses. Thank you.
