Open Question: My boyfriend has a weird feet fetish?

My boyfriend is a 22-year old virgin guy with a foot fetish. However, his foot fetish is strange. He doesn't enjoy feet with painted nails and he also never sees websites related to porn involving feet. He only watches videos or pictures of feet being tickled (which makes me think he also has a tickling fetish). The reason why he doesn't watch anything related to porn is because he's extremely afraid of sex and not turned on by it. I once asked him if he is sexually aroused when he sees videos or pictures of feet being tickled and he said that he feels happy but not aroused. He also said that I'm the only person whose feet sexually arouse him, and that feeling like that is very awkward. I don't know if I should believe that he only feels sexually aroused by me or not. I mean, if he doesn't feel turned on by feet in a sexual way, why does he need to constantly see videos or pictures of it? I know he doesn't even watch porn so it shouldn't be a problem for me, but for some reason I always feel insecure about it.
