Open Question: Do All Women Do This Or Just Some?

So I work with my dad in his paint shop right and I have a MASSIVE foot fetish for women's feet and today this lady came into the shop getting served by my dad and my dad asked me to carry the paint can for her so she told me where her keys were and I walked outside. But as i walked outside i noticed she wasn't wearing shoes and i thought that she might have been wearing heels and took them off from being uncomfortable but as i carried the can to her car and put in the back seat i noticed some shopping bags and looked around inside the car and realised there weren't any shoes in the car so I went back inside and the lady was still talking to my dad but i couldn't stop looking at her feet and she lifted her right foot up and rested it on her left leg, sort of like she was teasing me, so as she walked out to her car there is this giant dirt patch from all the rain and mud and she INTENTIONALLY stepped in the dirt patch even after seeing it and continued to walk to her car. So i asked her " Excuse me miss i have noticed your feet are really dirty and you have no shoes on why is this? and she said that she just had to run outside to get something from her car at home and she forgot her shoes?' so do all women do this or is it just her because i really want this woman to come back into my dads shop hopefully barefoot again because I can't stop thinking about her it's killing me
