Open Question: I want to stop masturbation and my foot fetish, but its hard and ive got homework, what can i do?

How can i stop if i have to be in the best shape of my life to ace my revision and exams? it took people years to overcome, and ive got exams in 1 month, i dont want to go through hard times and be stressed and not get right revision... Id love to go through hard time to stop it, i can, but not now when i have to be really focused on my subjects, those people who try to stop are not in school, but for me my job is to be student!!!! help!
