Open Question: My aunt kicked me in the balls?

The other day I was watching tv (with the legs spready b.c it was very hot) and my aunt comes over where my legs r spread and then w.o saying anything, she hits me w. Her foot directly but she didn't swing too hard, after she did it she laughed, I was confused as to y she would do this, does she have a fetish? Think its funny? Or just wanted to hurt me b.c me n her r really close n always joke around but she's never kicked me before.
