Open Question: Adult Topic - What Does The Catholic Church Say About Sexual Fetishes?

I know that according to Catholic teachings that any sex outside of marriage that is not meant to create life is regarded as sinful.What about sexual fetishes where the act of sex is not involved? What goes on is indeed sexual but sex (the act) is not always involved.So according to the Church would they have a problem with one of the church-goers going to a dominatrix paying to worship her feet?What does the Church say about fetishes in general? I would appreciate serious answers.
