Open Question: My Best Friend discovered my foot fetish! What now?

Over the weekend my best friend came over to my house. I have recently began to admire her beautiful feet(ever since she started wearing flip-flops). We talked and hung out(the usual), and I let her check out my laptop while I was in the kitchen looking for lunch and stuff. Unfortunately, I now realize that my Yahoo Answers account was still open at the time... Today, when I went over to her house I knew she had seen my questions(all fetish-related) and the ones I had answered. She still acted cool, though she did start messing around with me. For the first time EVER she put her feet in my lap asked me to massage her feet. She did other little things like taking off her flip-flops and wiggling her toes when I was looking, or rubbing her bare feet together when we sat on the couch. *Problem: I always preferred to privately "like" feet. I'm kind of embarrassed now that my best friend found out. I've contemplated telling her about my fetish earlier in the week, but it's so awkward now.
