Open Question: Should I tell my girlfriend about this?

I've been dating this girl for two months now, and I've known her for about three. Despite that short time span, I feel like we have such amazing chemistry. She was my first kiss, the first girl I slow danced with, (Despite me being deaf. Do you know how hard dancing is when you're deaf?) my first date, and she seems to get me better than anyone else does- even family.But I've been hiding my foot fetish from her, mostly out of fear that it will make her feel awkward around me. And the thing is, before I met her, my friend's little 12 year old sister found out about it and... shall we say "cashed in" on it. But not in a bad way! No, she just knew about it and asked me for a foot rub. After that, she has been asking once in a while for more foot rubs, and I never say no. Of course, I enjoy giving them as much as she enjoys getting them, bu I feel like I ought to tell my girlfriend.See, on one hand, I feel like I am sort of cheating on her and need to tell her this. But that would mean telling her about my fetish and I think it's too soon. And on the other hand, I feel like I'm being modest and that a foot rub is nothing to be ashamed of giving when you're involved.
