Open Question: My Boyfriend continues to lie to me about looking at pictures of other men's feet.?

Here is my situation, I am in love with a man, I am gay, so obviously he is too. There is no doubt in my mind that he doesn't love me, he is middle eastern, so he could not act on his lifestyle until he came to the states. My problem is, if we are in a relationship and he loves me, why is he still joining all these groups for sharing pictures of men's feet, he has a fetish for them, the 1st time I found out he was doing this, he promised me it would never happen again. I was a care giver to my mother for the last 9 years, and he and I have been together for 1 year, he lives with me, and a month ago, I saw that he did it again, his phone was full of pictures of men's feet, and what really got me, was he sent someone pictures of himself nude for 30 pictures to some man in California. When I confronted him about this 2nd time, he cried and cried begged me for another chance, and told me he would never do it again, mom had p@ssed away when all this was going on and I was just devastated. 3 weeks later, I find the same thing, nothing ever changed and I lost it, I threw his stuff out the door, and he cried and begged me, and told me he was sick, he can't change his love for pictures of feet.I told him that he has broken three promises to me and he was a liar. our arguement got pretty ugly and I was cold..After a 4 hour argument, I asked him what he wanted and he deleted all his accounts to his groups and said this was the only way.I am really torn up about this. I am stupid right?I allow him to tie me up, I also am a wild kind of guy who likes the same things he likes, but these pictures are of feet and men, in different positions, and doing different things, so my issue is more of him lying, and him sending pictures of himself. I also found a picture of a coworker, I guess he asked his co worker to sit and show him his feet while he took pictures.
