Open Question: Is my boyfriend's foot fetish getting out of hand?

My boyfriend has a huge foot fetish which in general i don't mind. I am used to men staring at my feet and complimenting me on my pedicure. It started with the foot massages and him doing my pedicures (saved me a lot of money on that). We did a little BDSM stuff and foot worship stuff. However, he is now buying me shoes, toe rings, and ankle bracelets every two weeks. (My closet is getting too crowded.) He he is an assistant manager at a shoe store so he gets these big discounts on stuff. One time I told him that i was going to get a pedicure with my sister. When the pedicure was done and I was about to pay, the lady said a man already came in and paid it for me. We both knew it was my boyfriend. The pedicure was $80. I don't mind the attention however I feel that my feet are really occupying his life. Do you think I should confront him about this? I really care about my boyfriend even if it means wearing less sexy shoes in his presence. Do you think his foot fetish is affect him?
