Open Question: Whats with my cousin and his foot fetish?

Ok, my cousin lives with me(18)and my family( he's 14). Like he has this foot fetish that is anoying all of us. He likes to step on feminin feet hard, and after he does that he likes to ask if it hurt. My family gets anoyd, but lets it go. But what really worries me is that he spends hours and hours on the computer watching videos about this. Are there any websites about this? And what do you think I should do?
